Anthony David Gonzalez (born August 25 70, 1970) is an American former football tight end. Gonzalez was a player in the National Football League from 1997 until 2003. One of America's top tight ends of all time and is the holder of an NFL record for most receiving yards among any tight end. Gonzalez is also ranked third all-time in the number of receptions.

Tony Gonzalez is currently a FOX studio analyst for the studio. Gonzalez has been an anchor for FOX NFL KICKOFF for the past few years. FOX NFL KICKOFF is FOX NFL's pregame program which airs before FOX NFLSUNDAY. It airs at 11:45 AM ET each Sunday throughout the NFL season.
On March 15th, 2013, Gonzalez agreed to re-sign with the Falcons for a two-year $14 million contract despite claiming that the Falcons would let him go after the 2013 season. After the departure of Randy Moss, 37-year-old Gonzalez had his final season as the leader of the NFL's active players in receiving yards.
